At Otaku Threads, all products are printed on demand specifically for each order. Because of this, we have a limited return and refund policy, which is outlined below.

Returns
Since all T-shirts are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Personal preference

Minor variations in color or print placement
We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement
We accept returns or provide replacements only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received an incorrect item
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

A replacement will be issued, or

A refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
